Complex Cleaning
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Method: Inspection of dryer vent system to identify potential blockages and issues, thorough cleaning of the vent, including interior and exterior access points in some cases.
May Include:
- Use of specialized tools to remove stubborn lint and debris
- Ladder work may be required for accessing vent located higher up
- Removal of minor blockages, such as heavy lint build up.

- Comprehensive cleaning for vents up to thirty feet
- Removal of light obstructions (e.g lint build up)
- One follow-up cleaning at a discounted rate within six months
Premium Service Package
Includes:
- Dryer vent inspection
- Complex cleaning for vents up to 40 feet
- Removal of bird nests and larger obstructions
- Priority scheduling for follow-up cleanings
- Two follow up cleanings at a discounted rate within one year

Bulk Discount for 10 Units or More
Includes:
- All services must packages available with a discount applied to the total for ten or more units.
- priority scheduling for all units.
Bulk Discount for 20 Units or More
Includes:
- All services must packages packages available with a discount applied to the total for 20 or more units.
- Free follow-up inspections within 6 months of each units
Bulk Discount for 30 Units or More
Includes:
- All services must packages packages available with a discount applied to the total for thirty or more units.
- Comprehensive follow-up inspections within a year, including one additional free cleaning for each unit.
Loyalty Program for Long-Term Contracts
For:
- Clients who sign a yearly contract for service across multiple units.
Includes:
- Priority scheduling for all services
- Two free follow-up cleanings per unit throughout the contract period.
Discount Terms and Conditions for Multiple Units: 1. Minimum Requirement: Discounts apply to a minimum of three (3) units scheduled for service on the same day or previously agreed to time period. 2. Service Types: Discounts are available for all service tiers- Simple, Complex, and Specialized Cleaning. 3. Booking Process: To qualify for the discount, all services must be booked together during the initial scheduling. 4. Discount Percentage: The discount percentage will be determined based on the total number of units. 5. Valid Dates: Discounts must be utilized within one month of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions or referral credits. 6. Cancellation Policy: if any of the scheduled units are canceled, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining units. 7. Inspection Requirement: and initial inspection may be required for Specialized Cleaning services to determine the total cost accurately.
